Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit within 24 hours from the time that the appointment was scheduled, or your appointment(s) will be cancelled. The remaining 50% balance will be collected 3 business days prior to the set appointment date. If the remaining balance is not paid in full within 72 hours of the appointment date, the appointments will be canceled, and a therapist will not be sent to your location. This must be done prior to the service via invoice. CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES: Your session times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please, notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please note, if you must cancel the deposit is nonrefundable. If you would like to reschedule you must do so within one year of the date that you originally scheduled the appointment for. If the appointment is canceled prior to 72 hours of the appointment time, clients who have paid a deposit have the option of rescheduling. Clients who cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or miss their appointment without ANY prior notification will be charged the full session fee of their scheduled service. A 50% deposit is due upon booking, and you will be invoiced to pay the remaining balance three business days before the appointment time. Our business is run on getting to your location. We rely on our clients to get us the driving directions to get the therapist to the cabin. Please be sure to get us the directions via: Email (office@aservants.com), Text (580-703-3209), we will also send a client location form that will request the directions. We strive to arrive within 10 to 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. If we are ahead (maximum of 30 minutes) or behind (will be arriving after the scheduled appointment time) of the scheduled time we will give you a call and let you know of the arrival time. Please be aware that in hot and humid weather our therapists will be unable to set up work areas outside. The humidity level must be low, and the temperature must be below 80 degrees unless the therapists deem it safe for them to work in a specific environment. Thank you for your understanding.
